We designed and developed a full-stack, cloud-based SaaS platform that:

Technology Stack Behind the AI Chatbot

Frontend

We used Next.js and React to build a fast, responsive frontend that ensures seamless user experience across devices. Styling was handled with TailwindCSS, enabling a clean, consistent UI while keeping development efficient. This approach allowed the dashboard to be lightweight and maintainable, especially for real-time data visualisation from charging stations.

Backend

The backend was powered by AWS ECS for containerized service orchestration, ensuring scalability and reliability. Amazon RDS served as the primary data store for structured operational data, while Amazon Cognito handled secure user authentication. Additionally, SQS was used for asynchronous task handling, and Server-Sent Events (SSE) enabled real-time updates from charging stations without relying on polling mechanisms.

Deployment

For deployment, the frontend was hosted on Vercel, offering global delivery with fast load times. The backend services were deployed on AWS, leveraging its robust infrastructure for high performance and uptime. This hybrid setup ensured that both user interface and backend APIs scaled independently and efficiently.

  • Requirement Workshop: We worked closely with the client to understand hardware integrations, user roles, and billing needs.
  • System Architecture: Designed a modular system to handle real-time data, multi-organization support, and secure payments.
