You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to produce engaging and informative documentation, articles, and guides.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for various products and services.
  • Write clear, concise, and engaging articles, blog posts, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable content.
  • Review and edit content created by other team members to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Conduct research to stay updated with industry trends and integrate new knowledge into content.
  • Optimise content for SEO and ensure it aligns with the company’s branding and style guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in technical content writing.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple and engaging content.
  • Experience with content management systems and documentation tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
