Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Create and implement effective business development strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and present proposals, business plans, and sales pitches to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise revenue and growth opportunities.
  • Track and report on business development activities and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and business development tools.
