Role Overview

As a Human Resource Manager at MTechZilla, you will oversee and manage HR functions, develop HR strategies, and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.
• Develop and oversee performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Provide support and guidance to HR staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
